Journal of Functional Food and Nutraceutical (JFFN) is an official journal of Perhimpunan Penggiat Pangan Fungsional dan Nutrasetikal Indonesia or Indonesian Society for Functional Food and Nutraceutical (P3FNI-ISFFN) that has been established in collaboration with Research Center Food and Health, Directorate of  Academic Research and Community Services, Swiss German University (RC F&H SGU). JFFN publishes review and research result on frontier research, development, and application in the scope of functional food and nutraceuticals. The journal is expected to bring together all stakeholders in relation to the food ingredients and nutraceuticals.

JFFN publishes 2 times in a year, August and February. JFFN adopting Open Journal System for fast manuscript management process. All authors are requested to register in advance and submit the manuscript online to support the fast managing and review process and to be able to track the real-time status of the manuscript. The online PDF version of the journal is open access from the website.

JFFN New Issue Published! Call for paper V5N1

Dear Readers,

We are pleased to announce the publication of the latest issue of the Journal of Functional Food and Nutraceuticals (JFFN). The V4N2 February 2023 issue is now available on our website at https://journal.sgu.ac.id/jffn/index.php/jffn/issue/current.

This issue features 5 new high-quality academic papers from the academic, public, and private sectors. We are proud to present these articles, which cover a range of topics related to functional food and nutraceuticals, including their impact on human health and disease prevention.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to the authors and reviewers who contributed to this issue. Their hard work and dedication have helped JFFN in its mission to advance the field of functional food and nutraceuticals. 

We also want to invite you to submit your research paper for Volume 5 no 1, which is scheduled for publishing in August 2023. We welcome high-quality submissions from researchers and practitioners in the field of functional food and nutraceuticals. Additionally, we invite you to consider serving as a reviewer for the V5N1 edition.
